Zero stars... I took my 2022 Ford Edge in for an oil leak, paid for the diagnosis and the repair. I Drove it one time after we got it home and had oil going everywhere. They had supposedly replaced the valve cover gaskets. I Took it back to them and paid another diagnostic fee and was told that the oil return line for the turbo was leaking and needed replaced, $1500. Brought my 2014 Ford fusion in because it was having a funny smell coming from the exhaust. Not even an hour later, they were texting me letting me know that they let me know they needed to do more diagnosing and the extra diagnostic would cost me $380+ dollars.. only for me to potentially need a new engine. My 1 star is because the lady at the counter failed to explain the diagnostic cost upon coming in. If I could give zero stars I would. I took my truck in because my turbocharger was malfunctioning with many issues that I informed them about including the lights on the dash and the codes popping up and what the ford app was claiming was wrong. It got sent home to me “fixed” it overheated on the way home because the coolant was not filled. I was told “well air bubbles happen” Ok well they had my truck for over a month they could have taken ten minutes to drive it and clear the bubbles and ensure the coolant was full, I paid... read more
