Maybe I'll update this if I ever get my car back. Brought my car in 3 weeks ago. I can understand there is little in their control waiting for parts but when you get the parts for my car, I've been waiting patiently for 3 weeks, and now you tell me there is a car on the tech's lift that you are waiting for parts and you can't start my car until that one is done??!!! Now I have to wait another week while someone else waits for their parts!?!? That is a problem with your process and something needs to change. I guess we'll see... read more
The only thing that saves this review is Ronny Delgado. If I could separate the man from the machine, this would be a 1 star review for the company and 5 star for Ronny but I cannot separate. 1 Star: My vehicle was in the shop since the 15th, and I only got it back today. Whoever was in charge of my vehicle failed to provide any kind of real update or communication on my vehicles status.
