Things went well
Had an appointment and they didn’t even get to it that day. Had a tech call off. Following day the service writer was out the fill in didn’t get back to me until 6pm said truck would go in first thing to be looked at because what they were reading the tech didn’t wasn’t making sense l 3 days and $400 later still have the same issues one is worst than when in dropped it off. Giving them a second chance today so we’ll see.
If you would like to acquire a headache, and waste your time, then you should take your vehicle here for service! I am baffled by my experience with this dealership’s service department. I was scheduled on a Thursday at 8am to drop my vehicle off to have a goose neck hitch installed in the bed of my truck, with the parts having been ordered through their parts department.
