The girl at the desk did an awesome job. She was helpful every step of the way, went above and beyond to help me. Job was done in a reasonable amount of time.
From the moment I arrived to drop my vehicle off for serving every body was very nice and polite. Specifically Ronnie Delgado he was awesome to work with. Then when I came back to pick up my vehicle there was a mix-up between quotes from the two different departments, parts and service. When I mentioned something about it to Ronnie, he took care of it. Sub par service. Way overpriced. They get parts from O'Reilly and mark them up 50%. Didn't reset my service indicator. Never called when my part came in. Then broke my wiper arm simply changing a wiper blade. Poor communication. Getting a loaner vehicle sorted through GM is ridiculous. Communication from the dealership was lacking. Car still doesn't run right.
Mechanics are have fast at doing there jobs vehicle back in for the second time. And they are slow as heck if they did the job right the first time instead of half fast. So disappointed
Service attendant was very polite and found out all the additional information for me. The service was fast They told me 1 hour and it was right on the hour
