Writing is on behalf of my sister-in-law. Attended to get hair cut and styled. Showed a picture of what she wanted. It was nothing like the photo, her hair was hacked at and is way too short. Looked like a 2 year old cut her hair. Have to wear hat all the time, until it grows back, which will be months, due to how short it is now. No apologies or discount offered. Horrible service. Would NEVER go there again or EVER recommend this place. Worst place.
