I've been going for about 2 and half years now, Mrs Connie is the best
Love this place!!! It's old, but it has it all from a sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tub, workout machines, private rooms for classes, water aerobics, and even an old school dead lift upper level. This place is fun and they have shower facilities too! It is also very affordable! Please go and support these people, they do an excellent job and I'd hate to see it close down due to a newer, state of the art gym that doesn't have an indoor spa/pool or the charm of this place!
Very racist employees and equipment is in bad shape, worst place to train
