Ordered electrical equipment through Amazon and return the unused materials packaged exactly as it was received by us and received less than half the amount refund. Tried several times to reach out to this company and no one would return my call or emails through Amazon. Bad! Do not recommend!

If I can leave a negative five star i would've!! Their customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. I just had a simple question that would have taken them just two minutes or less. But no, no one can help me even though no one's doing anything. Then on top of that, after waiting for 10/15 minutes they say yeah, just give us some time and we're gonna get back around.
