One of the women who works in the store was extremely rude and f...wording for absolutely no reason. RecommendedWe needed to replace the fridge in a home we were renting and we were so impressed by how kind and helpful Katie and Tony were! Katie showed me which fridges would work with our dimensions and found us the perfect fit. Tony delivered it the next day and we felt treated like family by both of them! We will absolutely recommend Tonys to anyone we can!
Wonderful family owned and run business, quality product
I had trouble with a fridge Tony sold me, so I called in to let him know what was going on. The next day, Tony came out and made things right, by giving me a replacement without so much as a delivery charge. Tony's knows how to treat customers, and that service is worth its weight in gold. Solid 5/5, I look forward to using Tony for all my future appliance purchases.
I found the staff at Tony's to be courteous and knowledgable. they have a large selection of used appliances, and were quite candid about the attributes and intricacies of merchadise they had -to include negative aspects such as brand repair costs etc. I purchased a repair part for a dryer, which worked well and they took the time to explain the reccomended procedure for installation. This is an open, honest and candid type of family style business.
I've never been treated so poorly by a "business." My 70 year old mother came home from having cancer removed to a broken refrigerator the day before Thanksgiving. Panicking, we drove to Tony's. (She has purchased a washer and dryer from them in the past.) We didn't have all of the correct measurements, so we told the ladies that we would call back with a credit card to purchase the correct size and have it delivered. Don't go and buy anything from this stupid place I pay $300 and I buy one washer the lady said to me they have 30 days waranty , if anyThing wrong the mechine they will come to fix , I bring the washer in the house the water is not getting cut off I call she said to me I need to bring back what the hell and she is shouting me , one of my friend introducing me that's why I go there don't go any body there It's a request
went to look for a washer and dryer, found somthing i liked, they had no info for price, asked if they could call me when they had a price. no one ever called. wanted to buy on the spot, but they lost a sale and customer.
