Excellent customer service. I booked in on the phone. Ordered two tyres for my son’s car. When he picked it up I was making odd noise. They said bring it back, they gave it an alignment. No charge. What great people. Thank you guys.
I bought a $100 voucher from this company after it was recommended to me. It clearly said I’d get $1,500 off repairs, and that I’d only need to pay for parts, not labour. Instead, my car failed its WOF, and they came back with a $2,000 quote, including 7 hours of labour for $1,113. What annoyed me most is that they admitted they assumed I’d need certain work done without even checking first. I didn’t go ahead with the work because that’s just ridiculous. Extremely impressed by Tony's at Tuam Street. All the urgent and important repairs were completed and they made time to complete other repairs on my wish list. From start to finish my concerns, needs and wants were taken into consideration. Their prices were very reasonable as well. The Manager made sure that I was informed of issues that popped up, gave me options and my car was quickly and efficiently repaired. I'll be back for anything and everything the little car needs. Really excellent. Highly recommend.
Lodged an online quote request on Thursday evening, quote received Friday before lunch, discussed quoted options, price matched a competitor and had tyres fitted saturday morning. Great service, thanks for fast turnaround / correspondence and fitting me in on a Saturday morning.
