I had four new tyres put on at Tony’s Tyre Birmingham store today. After I went back home, I noticed that one rim was badly chipped. The other three are fine. I also noticed that the other three have a lot of lubricant left, but the chipped one does not. This is probably why it is scraped so badly. This really upsets me as now the rim looks so bad. This is not the experience I expected from a franchise store like Tony’s Tyre. Unacceptable.
