A couple years ago I brought my truck to this shop and paid to have the gears replaced. Recently I took the truck to another shop to install a brand new engine, and during that process they discovered the gears I paid for from this location were never installed. After contacting this location and speaking with several staff members, I was told there is no record of my truck ever being in your shop for the gear work. This is concerning because I paid for that service and was under the impression the work had been completed.
Just had the most simple, no bs experience with a shop I’ve ever had. Showed up, told them what I wanted, he told me it was possible, gave them money, came back a week later and got it done. The end. Wish everybody I dealt with was like these guys.
ATTENTION 2007-2014 FJ Cruiser Owners 2007 FJ Cruiser 6-inch lift 35” Tires 1st they are only shop EVER to correctly perform alignment. They gave handled my FJ for >3 yrs and were the first be able to lock the alignment to prevent the mandatory balance by rotation 5-10K miles most of us go through with lifted Fjs.
