Tony’s Tires has been excellent to work with. Our shop relies on them regularly, and they consistently get tires to us extremely fast. Their turnaround time helps keep our customers on the road and keeps our workflow moving smoothly.
They "lost the ticket/order" at first... it took 7 hours plus intervention of people outside their warehouse to make right. Mechanic shops should stop supporting this place... I'd give 1 star but at least the 4 tires ended up being in stock after hours screwing around. Place needs to either have more help or hire competent workers, perhaps both.
Who ever was driving the van today 08-13-25 at 4:15PM should be in jail and license revoked for life. I could not catch the plate # because how fast the driver was going, almost hit me and two other cars just to get off on exit 9 (5 before) of 690 west, judging by the address of this company he was heading there. Hiring reckless drivers like this is a liability to your company.
Awesome business and great customer service every time. Definitely will get my tires here again!
Would not recommend this company to anyone simply based on their employee’s reckless driving. Followed one of their commercial vans from Caz to Syracuse. Their driver passed me speeding on a no passing lane and continued to tailgate drivers the entire way to Syracuse. Not a great look for this company.
