Took my car in for an oil change to one of their outlets. When the job was completed, I was told that they put 8 litres. I said I think that is a bit too much, but was told that this was the recommended amount. All the sites I have looked on, recommends 6 litres or just under, so I don't know where the oil changers got their information from.The oil is over the top mark on the dipstick and the car smells of oil.
