I wish there were 10 stars for the service we got from Bruce today. We will never go anywhere else. They are extraordinarily knowledgable and we would highly recommend them. We ended up with Tony's after wasting our time and money with Best Buy who charged $149, sent the wrong kind of repairman and finally told us they could not fix our tv and to go back to Sony and they are supposed to be an authorized Sony dealer. Fortunately Tony's is the other one. No problem for them. Special thanks to Bruce.
