This place deserves all the 1 star reviews. It is Friday, May 16. I have not heard back from this company in over 3 months. I called today, nothing. They will not return phone calls or emails. They have the refunds sent to them and then they don’t respond. That is exactly what goes on here. Do not use this company. He trashes his own customers in these reviews instead of being a decent business person.
⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve tried multiple times to contact this place, but getting through is nearly impossible. Every call goes straight to voicemail, and despite leaving several messages, I received only one response saying they would call me soon—but they never did. I even followed up again, asking for a callback, and still no response. I can’t speak to the quality of their tax services, but a business that fails to answer calls or follow through on promised callbacks is a major red flag. Extremely disappointing experience.
4 years ive been getting my taxes done with Tony and this was the worst. Ive sent multiple emails and called multiple times after tony's last communication in APRIL. Not sure what has happened but because of this I would strongly consider going elsewhere.
