After ordering Katsu, which is a fried chicken dish. The food runner brought chicken teriyaki. My husband asked if this was the Katsu? She replied "yes" and he again said "are you sure this is chicken Katsu? It does not look right". she said yes sat down with in five feet of us at a table.
