Told my mom to buy a SEBO Vacuum she wanted for black friday because they were on sale from SEBO authorized dealers. Tony straight up lied to my mom and said that SEBO doesn't do sales, she bought it from him anyway. Tony, I sent her to your local shop instead of just buying on the internet. To prospective customers interested in SEBO, check Reddit, lots of other dealers willing to make a deal and ship to you, no need to buy local.
We brought my wife's ancient Kenmore sewing machine to Tony with a minor problem and he took care of it immediately. He is super knowledgeable about all brands of sewing machines and vacuums. The store is full of reasonably priced new and used machines.
Great store for hard to find vacuum parts. Very helpful and nice employee!
Tony fixed an old sewing machine for me several years ago and now he keeps it running smoothly with regular tune-ups.
