I have been going to Tony's for years with all my repairs. I recently pick up my cordless mitre saw that had a pretty unique issue. Nathan had patiently resolved the issue which I believe was a first experience for them. Always a great experience!
Dropped off two tools that were easy fix, took over two months and charged ridiculous amount without advising me how much it would be. I wouldn't trust these guys and ur probably better off buying a new tool don't waste ur time with these people.
Recommended by Ego's warranty services. Took in an Ego Electric Snow Blower for warranty covered repair. Highly recommend, were communicative and worked quickly. Will return for any future tool purchases (buying through them means they would have worked even faster!). I was expecting to be stuck in limbo for warranty services for much longer, but they came through with quick service in the middle of one of the worst Canadian winters in years! Really appreciate the professionalism, speed and communication. Thank you again.
