Pharmacy not having my medications ready until I physically show up. Despite calling ahead multiple times, they say they’ll call back, but they never do. Each time, I end up waiting 30-40 minutes in person to get my prescription filled. When I ask why it's not ready despite calling hours in advance, they lie and claim the doctor hasn’t sent anything—yet my doctor confirms they’ve done their part. Great pharmacy!
This is one of the best if not the best pharmacy in Passaic. The pharmacist is very informative and also very understanding. If any issues she works with the people to Truly help us, and they have a worker Jose who is truly a blessing to that pharmacy and it's customers, just a good respectful, and very helpful young man. This the only pharmacy I use.
