I’ve been using this pharmacy since I was young and they haven’t improved on their customer service. Even though they call you to tell you your medication is ready, it never is ready. They make you wait 20 or so minutes when you get there. In addition, this pharmacy is on the more expensive side when it comes to certain medications. I’d recommend choosing another pharmacy—one that actually respects your time.

Pharmacy not having my medications ready until I physically show up. Despite calling ahead multiple times, they say they’ll call back, but they never do. Each time, I end up waiting 30-40 minutes in person to get my prescription filled.
