If there was a way to click "6 Stars", I would. Tony was extremely responsive and empathetic towards my situation. He installed a new starter in the parking lot of a retail center where my truck broke down. After the first new starter failed after one crank of the engine, he returned to the vehicle to remove the starter so I could return it. Then came back the next day to install the second starter. He is a true professional and hard worker. I am also glad to have met him as a person. Thanks, Tony!
Stay clear of this mechanic. Very rude, unprofessional, and the work still wasn’t done.
Tony was great. He was able to diagnose and replace my starter with ease. I will definitely be using him again in the future!
My engine overheated around the Gibsonville exit off I85. Tony came to me and quickly identified the problem (a faulty heater hose). He refilled my coolant, found a part at a local auto shop, directed and followed me there, and replaced the part in the parking lot of the store.
