Gives a good haircut. My time is more important that that though. I made an appointment with Tony over the phone. He told me there was no other person before me. When I got there, there were two other women before me. After an hour of waiting I finally got my hair cut only after reminding him that I had an appointment. If you're going to make an appointment with someone, keep it. A man without his word is not much of a man.
