Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication here. After being a long-time client, the stylist completely went radio silent and essentially 'ghosted' me without any explanation or heads-up. It is honestly bizarre and unprofessional to treat a client this way after they’ve been loyal for a while. If you value reliability and basic communication, I would look elsewhere.
