I usually don’t leave any bad reviews but today was a horrible experience. I had an appointment for a specific time which is never followed by up to 30 minutes because they’re always late. I still continue to come because they’re good. Today they wanted me to wait an hour so I had to do it with Tony. He made my nails different lengths and not the same shape. Then he cut me while trying to file my nail because he was rushing. I left paying for nails that don’t even look good
If there was a way I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service, terrible time management & terrible management period. Literally don’t even waste your time.
