Very poor customer service. Prices are way to high for old used bikes. Has no idea how to connect with his would be customers. I bought a new bike from him last year only to find out later that I over paid by 200 dollars.
This is a great shop… it was unfortunate that my husband was taken advantage of by the person running the store. Initially told him it would be 190$ to fix his bike and a half payment needed to be made as a deposit (he put 100$ down), a week later my husband returned with me and the man changed the price on the ticket from a 1 to 2 now what would have been a 190$ bike repair was now 290… my husband didn’t take a picture of the ticket when he first received it so it made it difficult to prove the price change. My father and I wanted to start biking long distances. We walked in and were approached with great attitude and helped us right away. Walked out with amazing bikes and the prices couldn’t be beat. 10/10 experience and won’t be going anywhere else!
