(Recent update- September 15, 2025) This is how you keep a customer completely satisfied: 1. I was greeted on the outside of the business soon as they opened and my car was taken into the shop. 2. A professional and prompt diagnosis of my AC issues were discussed. 3. My warranty was completely honored, the parts came in and the service was done all in the same day. 4.
