We were thousands of miles from home travelling to see my daughter's family. We booked a hotel in Evanston and the car started making a terrible noise. I envisioned being delayed for a long time. I started calling mechanic shops. I called Tony's Auto Repair and even though he was closed he answered. Tony came to our hotel, which was wonderful, and quickly diagnosed the problem.
