Don't go here very rude business owners they're rich snobs who want nothing more than to take your money and if they happen to give you a good deal , well someones getting screwed trust me, they are very unethical and selfish people.
They ordered the wrong part on my car and I was dealt with not having my car back for over 2 weeks. When I called to figure out exactly why they were just plain rude and just kept transferring me. Also was only updated with the process of my car when there were delays. Never go here even if it is through insurance!
Because of Northville Collision my car looks good as new!
Auto Craft Collision Repair is by far the best bodyshop I have ever been to. With multiple clean locations, wonderful customer service representatives, and experienced professional technicians, they make it as comfortable and easy as getting in a wreck could possibly be.
The Charges were as estimated, The Reception area was Clean and Comfortable, Friendly and Knowledgeable Office contacts, and the Work was Perfect. What more could you want.
Wow! Sometimes ya just can't win. Jeff T. Jeff T's girlfriends car was towed into the shop. She wanted us to repair her vehicle. She was to busy to deal with "it", so her boyfriend would handle it. We never recieved an assignment or any information on the claim from him or her insurance company, we were never able to even write an estimate on the vehicle, (we never got keys to the car).
