The Overton people wrote the book on courteous, professional service! I have had the occasion to visit Overton Body shop in Southern Pines for 3 separate issues on my car. On a front bumper replacement they gave me two options and did NOT push me to go for the brand new bumper. I was assured that the "reconditioned" would be more than just acceptable and would not be in any way distinguishable. July 8 2015.I took my truck to Carruba Collision on Niagara Falls Blvd for repair work through insurance. My truck was completed as promised on the date they estimated. Upon arrival the paint job was bad it had alot of impurities that could be felt.Not to mention the workers that repaired it decided to help themselves to my husbands sunglasses.And why were they going through my center console????The scratch was on the bumper on the passenger side.So I wouldn't accept this shotty paint job they did paint it over with better r... read more
I've had to have three insurance claims taken care of here, and have not had one negative experience. Extremely professional, fair, and they do excellent work. If you have All-State insurance, the claims process is very easy - there is little to nothing you have to do, and Eureka Body and Fender is completely transparent regarding work, parts, and everything to do with your claim. 5 stars from me.

I took my sports car to Northville Collision for repairs. It’s basically like a child to me so I was very nervous about taking it in, however this shop was recommend by a close friend of mine so that helped to put my mind at ease. The entire process was very smooth and fast. My car is back to looking like new. The customer service here is great…you really can’t ask for more!

recently was in a pretty major accident and took my vehicle to Northville collision for the repairs. Obviously being in an accident is a huge ordeal and thankfully they made the process very smooth for me! Now my car is a as good as new. I also appreciate to see the owner in the office when I came in! “Old fashion” customer service values and a fantastic job that will keep me coming back. Well hopefully I’m not getting into anymore accidents, but if I do I know where to go :)
A Happy Customer – 100% happy, Talk about TOTAL Customer satisfaction... This shop is amazing!! I am going to tell everyone I know how great they are!! They were upfront and honest, Not looking forward to another accident, but if I ever have a need... Auto Craft is where I will take my car. These guys are great!
