This is a great company. BEST customer service. Called and was given great feedback on some appliance questions for our kitchen. Honestly do not hesitate to work with Tony’s. Friendly, transparent, and a top notch small business. On the customer service alone, they are a step above the rest.

Bad service, charge is outrageous, not fix the problem, and ver bad customer service and office staff. Please don’t use them

I have used this company many times for my investment home and primary home. They have great customer service. From the person who schedules the appointments to the people that perform the work. They have fixed our whirlpool dryer and kenmore washing machine. Very fair pricing and quick service. They were able to come out same day, since they had an opening which was a lifesaver to get it fixed before the weekend. Highly recommend them.

We've used Tony's Appliances twice now for appliance repair, once for a dishwasher that wouldn't start and then a fridge that stopped working. Excellent experience both times, they came out quickly and solved each problem on the first trip at a fair price.
