Tony's came out to help us after 8 days without a fridge and no satisfaction from LG. He squeezed us in despite us being first time customers and within 3 hours of my initial call, my fridge was fixed. He was up front about the cost, explained everything, and was efficient.

Our 15 year old side by side refrigerator got warm but the freezer side was working great. Tony was able to temporarily fix it so it got cold again for which we were so appreciative. We were able to safely return the food to keep cold. Tony went the extra mile to find us the part online as it’s no longer available through the manufacturer and returned to replace it. Refrigerator and freezer are both working great. Saved us from purchasing a new refrigerator freezer. Would highly recommend his service.
