Horrible service, dismissive comments from the owner and a salutation of ‘see ya’. Seated for 10 minutes until water arrived. We have had wonderful experiences there for the last 3 decades - clearly- the care and concern for the customer is no longer a priority with the impending closure.

St. Louis classic 79 years. Closing later this month. What can I say. Amazing food. The beet salad was incredible. As was the trio of veal. The Seabass was also incredible. Great wine, selection, and easy in and out.

Horrible customer service. I presented the manager with 2 gift certificates. Neither had an expiration date on them and I do not remember when these gifts were given to me. The manager told me that “Tony’s gift certificates” expire after 5 years and that he would only honor one of them. He actually said “I am going to let one of them slide”. Condescending? There is no date on these certificates so how does he know when they were given? It’s no wonder that Tony’s is closing.
