I gave such a low rating because Tonya is nosy and unprofessional I had an appointment when I walked in she was on the phone taking care of her personal affairs and continued to do so off and on the majority of my appointment. Also a young woman came in while I was being serviced to speak with her and as soon as she left the owner started gossiping about the young lady to another that came in not too long after.
