I cannot say enough good things about Tonya! She sold another house in my neighborhood very quickly and for top dollar, so I chose her to list my home when it was time to sell. She did not disappoint. My house was marketed perfectly and went under contract right away. Then, my buyers had to back out a week before closing due to serious health issues.
