The best! Dr. McCullough is a no nonsense doctor. She has successfully treated my husband for melanoma, has patiently worked with my daughter's anxiety about doctors, and was truthful enough to tell me Botox would not work for my deep forehead lines! Instead she recommended bangs! :)
I am a local primary care physician. We are lucky to have a number of very fine dermatologists in Savannah. Having said that, I have sent my wife and children to Dr. McCullough. She is well trained, intelligent and a caring physician. An excellent doctor!

I have taken my 7yr old son to several local Dermatologist who have drained my pockets over the years and unsuccessfully treated his excema and allergies, not to mention scheduling confusion. When Toni was recommended I took him to her and she is AWESOME! She suggested certain soaps, lotions, clothing and he hasn't had a breakout since. Her entire staff is wonderful and now I am making an appt. for my adult acne. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr. McCullough is a wonderful dermatologist. She takes her time with each patient. Her nurses are really sweet and always give me enough samples until I can pay for my prescriptions. Sometimes the wait is an hour or so.....but it is worth every minute. She is very busy so schedule your appointment before you leave. I love Toni!
