My mother Carol J. was a patient of Dr Fuller’s in 2019. We didn’t choose her but wound up with her after my mothers stroke at the beginning of March. Dr. Fuller was definitely a weak link in my mothers care team which included her primary Dr.Hill & cardiologist Dr.Lim. Communication from her to our other docs was sporadic.
