This woman is a marriage councilor sleeping with a married man. I wouldn't take advice from her. She breaks up marriages and then traumatized the children involved. The ethics board should be involved!
This has got to be a scam because she asks for your info and say that her people will call you back but than nobody ever reaches out to you! So I would say don't even trust this and this definitely would have gotten 0 stars too!
