I never leave reviews good/bad but OMG! From checking in, the hygienist history and X-rays to Dr. Allen I just say WOW. The facility is first class from the aesthetics to the individual birdhouses outside every patient room window. KAREN - amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and professional but so down to earth and immediately put my anxieties to rest. She pulled out a little mouthwash trick while doing X-rays that was amazing! Everything about this place is amazing. I called to make an appointment for a broken tooth and the receptionist Faith got me in quickly. She was very helpful and friendly. When I arrived Karen the Dental Assistant was also friendly and confident that the dentist would be able to help me. When Dr. Allen came in she was very thorough. She was very personable and gave me the assurance I needed to feel like I would be in good hands. The office is just a short 3 minute drive from downtown Lindale towards Mineola.
