Made to feel dumbfounded for ever asking questions or liasing about treatment. And dumbfounded bullied as if I wanted teeth to change overnight. Bullied by a receptionist and Tony himself by continuously gaslighting on my simple liasing about treatment. Also swallowed metal shards (inhumane clinical practice) the last day I said enough. Tony Weir is an amazing orthodontist, cannot fault his work or attitude. My daughters teeth are perfect now, and every visit was a pleasure for her. Highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking orthodontic work. 10 out of ten!
My son saw Dr Weir for his orthodontic treatment recently and we are thrilled with the final result. Dr Weir throughly explained the process to us and the appointments were always convenient. The type of braces he used were clear unlike the metal mouth look which were so much nicer. Thank you So much Tony and to the lovely staff.
All staff are very lovely. However, trying to ring the clinic is a nightmare! Can never get through and majority of the time you call in the morning (during business hours) and it still has afterhours voicemail on.
Our daughter got braces here. Tony Weir had the braces on must have been 3 or 4 years and the retainer for longer however her teeth were too crowded and still protruding. He never had the initiative to admit his mistake and have extractions. Instead now I am paying for her to go to a great orthodontist in the city. They said her teeth were pulling out of her gums and of course they were protruded. She's in her twenties now but as at least we're getting the job done right.
