Inaccurate Appraisal and Rude I believe Tony works for a different company vs. being privatized now, but either way he did not do a good job with my appraisal at all and this was the only site that had any reviews available on him. He was extremely impersonal with me, he failed to pay attention to me when I was explaining updates I had made to the home that would need to be taken into consideration (didn't even write them down), and used comps in the appraisal report that were extremely unfair at best.
