Dr Toey Tran medical assistant was very rude for scheduling appointments for followup.
Dr. Tony tran was very unprofessional i had a appointment at 4pm and he rushed through my appointment and didn’t fully did my exam check up. He was making sarcastic statements such as “ill be back in 2 hours” (when he left the room) etc. He didn’t even explain anything and had me waiting outside a room for no reason standing all because he had to get all his belongings to leave his shift. Dr. Tran is compassionate, caring, and invested in his patients care. My non-verbal, paraplegic, half paralyzed sister-in-law was sent to him with a longstanding eye infection without any communication from the nursing home. He accomodated her and us with patience, kindness, understanding, and prescribed the required antibiotic. We've emailed him pictures of our sister's eye twice now and he has called back within minutes both times. Just as importantly, He's followed up with the nursing home and us on her behalf.
