With two of my children Tony got amazing settlements. Unfortunately neither settlement was even able to be used. After this last settlement he went invisible. The high school flat out says they are under no obligation to abide by settlement my daughter recieved as she exited 8th grade. So now started high school with no agreed upon iep services or supports. Its like a repeat of the entire 8th grade year she just had.
