From the moment I walked into this dental office, I felt genuinely cared for. The front desk staff greeted me with kindness and made the check-in process easy and stress-free. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, nothing like the intimidating dental visits I used to dread. PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE BAIT AND SWITCH. ALSO, THE UPSALE TACTICS. TONY MESSED UP MY FRONT TEETH AND RUINED MY SMILE.
I went for an initial appointment. After meeting with Soileau wherein I endured an attempted hard sell for sleep apnea equipment (I merely wanted a dental check-up and new dentist), I paid 95.00. Five months later, I receive a statement in the mail, with no itemized entries, in the amount of 133.00 stating that the balance is 90 days overdue. I've not received any prior statements. Not sure what is going on here, but I don't like it.
