If there is anything that I despise or disrespect is a businessman who calls himself a businessman, but doesn’t behave as one. If I’m requesting work from you and you don’t want that work, just say so. Do not waste my time by telling me that you will be coming by and will contact me and you fail to do either one. The Town of Enfield used Tony Silver's concrete services to create a walking path for residents at one of our parks. His work was impeccable and we could not be more appreciative for him and his crew.
Mr Silver scheduled 2 separate appointments with me to give me a price for a patio. I took time off my work 2 different times to meet him at my home. He never showed up and never called. I understood once but not twice all in the same week. I’m not wasting anymore time with him or his company. He may be good at what he does but lack of a courtesy call and failure to show on both occasions is inexcusable and unprofessional. I have not heard from him yet.
