Lately, many people without passes to the gym show up and misuse the machines. They'll sneak in when staff isn't looking and mess around in groups. Other patrons will also "claim" machines while they're using other machines/weights and get upset when someone else tries to use it. It's ridiculous because this didn't use to be an issue. It's clear that the staff is non-confrontational when it comes to the gym because nobody enforces anything. Very busy on a weekday afternoon when I came to pick up something at the library branch. But there was plenty of parking and the grounds looked really well kept. I enjoyed the fountain out the back.
Seth provided the best service we could ask for. he always very nice, kind and truly caring. he provided outstanding service and professional. his dedication and positive attitude really stood out. highly recommend him.
