Realized they never replaced my rear shocks and struts in July of 2024. Had them replaced today and they are original to the car . $1250.00
I will definitely repeat business here. I highly recommend to anyone in East Greenbush(or surrounding area). I called for an inspection, and they got me in and out in 20 minutes! Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars if I could. I will again, be going back to them for any car issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I got the wheel bearings and brakes done on my car in June. Close to $2,000 in repairs with absolutely horrible communication and no one in the shop seemed to be on the same page at all. Every single time I have ever gone to his shop it’s been awful first time I asked for work to be done and he said it would cost this much I said okay and I told him straight up I can’t pay more than a specific amount he ended up charging me 400 more than agreed and when I came back he said oh I replaced this this and this for you even though I didn’t ask he did that x2 times on 2 separate occasions then I drop my truck off for an alignment I didn’t get it back for 3 days they never called the first day and I showed up and sa... read more
