"Verifing the facts with you"?WTF? I've known Tony for 17ish years(with a 7 year hiatus) and have always finished my sessions with a smile and as a patient who struggles with depression, always better off.
I recently reached out to Dr. Tony Schneider for a follow-up consultation to support my daughter's special consideration for her Year 12 WACE examination. Since Dr. Tony mentioned no availability for another 2–3 weeks, I submitted the form in the meantime. However, Dr. Tony provided non-supportive comments without verifying the facts with me. This last exchange has led me to decide not to return to Dr Tony's practice for being unprofessional - I will not recommend him.
