They are a Great place in my neighborhood with the Most helpful people. Beyond that they care about the customer even after the service is done. I was stranded, just picked my cat up from surgery and turned the key - nothing. They came and help got me back on the road, followed me for several miles making sure I was ok THEN called later to make sure I got home too. AWESOME BUSINESS.
Showed up out of the blue with a tire off of the rim of a commercial Roll Off Truck, These guys had it fixed and back on the road within 15 minutes Super nice super quick I recommend coming here
I have used them three times now and everyone is friendly and helpful. The first time I had found a tire on my van was flat. I called to see if they, by any chance, had anyone who would be able to come to my place to remove the tire to take back to the shop for repairs. I live 7 miles out of town. To my surprise they said no problem. It is nice to have a place that is local that is willing to do 'house calls'.
I took my truck to another shop for an oil change and tire rotation, so First Off Ross took my spikes off my wheels never put them back, then he didnt tighten up the front left lugs properly causing my wheel hub to now have issues, and last but not least he stripped my legs by not using the proper size socket set. This is unacceptable!
My step daughter was driving her Mini Cooper through Kerens on a Saturday. Her front wheel came off the hub. She was heading back to college in Austin. She was pretty stressed out not knowing what the cost would be. We got the car towed over to Tony’s tire shop. After they assessed the situation, I got a call from Israel.
