We ordered takeout and we were told 20-25 minutes. We gave them an extra 5 minutes and showed up for our pizza. we then proceeded to wait and additional 60 MINUTES FOR OUR PIZZA. no refund. no kindness. truthfully, no care given. the pizza was good and the chef was working his butt off! but the lack of care and constantly just saying “we are short staffed” does not need to equal waiting an addition hour for our pizza.
