Lisa and the whole team at Tony’s were amazing for my new tesla tinting experience! Not only did she work with my schedule, but Lisa was a consummate professional who really knew her stuff- and also gave me great tips on cleaning the car and protecting the xpel tint. To have both professionalism and family-style personalized care under one business were amazing! Best part is that the tint was well done and works great - such a difference before and afterwards. First time at Tony’s! They did a wonderful job with ceramic tinting all 4 cabin windows and rear windshield. Communication is a huge part of the customer experience process, and with that being said, Lisa was excellent in giving estimated work completion and communicated when problems arose. They also were able to help with fixing my window actuator which decided to fail the afternoon of the appointment. All in all, wouldn’t hesitate to come back. :)
