I decided to try Tony Rotella’s this year for my inspection and I’m so glad I did! My car needed some minor work, for which the part needed to be delivered by Honda. I was sent home initially since the part couldn’t come right away, and thanked multiple times for my patience. They repaired my 2023 BMW X5 in March 2025. I don’t like to leave reviews immediately, following the work being completed as I like to leave time to really be able to provide a realistic review. So it is a year later, March 2026. Although it took over a month to complete the work, I was very pleased with the work performed. When I received the car back from being repaired, it was in perfect condition. There were no electrical or computer faults.
