Autohaus were brilliant, had issue with my Octavia starting, popped in and spoke to Becky, explained they were very busy but if i could get it recovered to them they would try and squeeze in a diagnostic test asap, dropped down at 4.30 within an hour got a call from Kieran telling me the issue and could repair next day, brilliant service would highly recommend these guy's

Tony and the team are absolutely sound professionals who not only provide the mechanical support you need but also have a very practical approach when they advise. I visited Autohaus in October 2024 with a suspected issue with my suspension. I was experiencing a loud knocking sound from the front near side, which I suspected was related to either the shock absorber or ball joint. The noise occurred constantly while driving, even over very small bumps, vibrating the whole car and even being felt under the pedals. These lovely people were extremely accommodating when I ran into car troubles on a business trip. They had my car back on the road before the event had finished and I was able to drive back to Devon that night. Very professional, very reasonable prices and they have a very cute dog in the reception office!
