As someone who has no clue where to start with anything related to insurance, Harrison has definitely been the most helpful helping me find cheaper rates and overall making me feel at ease ! It is clear that he loves what he does and is amazing at it.
Updated review 1/16/26 Things have certainly changed! The level of service from this agent is subpar. Service has taken a huge hit and follow through and call backs are non existent. This office was closed down without notifying policy holders and everything including phone number was supposedly forwarded to the Bowling Green office. Feel free to call the scottsville number, even leave a voicemail, or better yet email the agency directly from the State Farm app and you’ll still get the same result…..crickets.
